The team has developed long-term partnerships with key property sector participants such as financial institutions, architects, builders, developers, mortgage brokers, and valuers. Joyce has over a decade of experience in real estate development and is responsible for international financial operations and sales. To effectively raise financing for development projects, presale, preleasing, and property management arrangements must be made at an early stage in the projects. Due to this pre-commitment necessity for funds when investing in development projects, Joyce has established extensive expertise in sales/lease management and investment research. She was responsible for all areas of the company's fund-raising activities, including sourcing, structuring, and negotiating new investments, including both debt and equity (with over $500 million in end-development projects supervised). In addition, she oversaw the company's sales and marketing efforts in the local market and Asia, including mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore, to guarantee that all development projects met their presale and revenue projections.
Joyce earned an Honours Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Economics from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Commerce in Property Development and Valuation from Curtin University, and a Master of Commerce in Finance from the University of Western Australia. She is now pursuing a doctorate in property studies at Curtin University. Joyce has consistently held that education is an ongoing process. As the world moves swiftly and new information and industries emerge, staying current and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge foundation is essential to deliver superior property solutions for clients.
